Insurance
The Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic accepts Medicare and contracts with various preferred provider organization (PPO) plans, point of service (POS) plans and health maintenance organization (HMO) plans. We ask that you bring your insurance card(s) with you to every appointment.
At the time of your visit, we require payment for insurance copayments, coinsurance and deductibles. A staff member will advise you of the total amount required for your visit. We accept cash and personal checks in addition to VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
As a convenience to our patients, we will file a claim with your insurance company. For participating insurance plans, we will accept assignment of payment directly from your insurance company. Following receipt of payment from your insurance company, we will send you a statement for any unpaid balance. We require payment of any unpaid balance within 30 days.
