DirectCare is an innovative direction and practice style exclusively offered by Dr. Jeff Terry at the Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic and the first practice of its kind in the area. DirectCare is based on a model of care sometimes known as concierge or boutique medicine.

Dr. Jeff Terry

Dr. Terry earned his medical degree at The Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his internship and residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Terry is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and he is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American and Georgia Medical Associations.
Having practiced for ten years, he has full hospital privileges at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Dr. Terry and his wife, Stacey, have three children.  He enjoys golf, hiking and all about the University of Georgia.
