Clinic offers personalized care
In February 2008, Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic
launched DirectCare, a personalized preventive healthcare program which gives
patients personal access to their physician.
In this innovative direction and practice style, Dr. Jeff Terry limits
the number of patients in his practice to provide his patients more
one-on-onetime with him during their office visits, as well, as direct access
to him by phone or e-mail.

- Comprehensive wellness exam, EKG, lab
tests/analyses and chest x-ray

- Accommodating schedule
- If hospitalized, Dr. Terry will personally

Earlier this year, Dr. Terry and his staff hosted a
cookout for his patients and their families.
Over 200 attended the first annual cookout where they enjoyed music, fun
and fellowship. Dr. Terry provides his
patients with monthly medical updates through e-mail. In addition, a monthly newsletter is provided
by his staff on current medical topics and updates regarding DirectCare
