It may be helpful to keep a journal
of your daily activities for a few weeks to see if there are any
contributing factors/behaviors (for example, having caffeine too
late in the day, having non-regular schedule, etc.) to your daytime
sleepiness. Share this journal and the results of your Epworth
sleepiness scale with your doctor to ensure a proper diagnosis.
