The Diagnostic Clinic accepts Medicare and most managed care and insurance
plans. Please be certain to bring your insurance, Medicaid or Medicare
cards with you to your appointment.
We request payment at the time of your visit for insurance co-payments and
co-insurance amounts. As you prepare to leave our office, a staff member
will advise you of the total amount required. We accept check, cash,
MasterCard and VISA.
As
a convenience to our patients, we will file a claim to your insurance company.
With participating plans, we will accept assignment of payment directly from
your insurance company. Following receipt of payment from your insurance
company, we will send you a statement for any remaining balance. We ask
that you pay the balance within 30 days.
