Wellness Bonus

Eligible employees who comply with the requirements of the wellness program will receive  $55 per month
 

Non Smokers Bonus

First of the month following 60 days of employment.

NGDC

Eligible employees who comply with the requirements of the wellness program will receive $45 per month
 

Benefit Bonus

First of the month following 60 days of employment.
 

NCDC

All benefit eligible employees receive $150 a month. If coverage is not selected and proof of coverage is provided, bonus will be $150  per month.

401(k) Retirement Plan

After 1 year and/or 1,000 hours of service.  Enrollment periods are Jan. 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct. 1.

Tax deferred retirement savings.  You may contribute up to 50% of your annual salary

After 1 year and/or 1,000 hours of service. Will begin on Jan. 1, April 1, July 1, or Oct. 1.

100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of your compensation plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 3% and 5%of your compensation

Workers' Compensation
