Tuesday nights 5:30-6:30. The classes are ongoing. You
can join at any time but start this week and you will feel

Intro Class $30 and $20/week for classes.
RMR test and interpretation - often covered by insurance,
check with your insurance company. Pay ahead and receive a
punch card so you can come when it is convenient for you.
